Capstone Search Advisors is partnering with a leading food manufacturing organization to identify a high-impact Production Manager to lead operations and drive performance within a fast-paced production environment.

This is a key leadership role responsible for optimizing production processes, ensuring product quality, and developing high-performing teams.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and oversee daily production operations to meet safety, quality, and output goals
• Develop and execute production plans to ensure on-time delivery and efficiency
• Manage and coach production supervisors and teams to drive engagement and performance
• Monitor KPIs such as yield, waste, downtime, and productivity, and implement continuous improvement initiatives
• Ensure compliance with food safety, quality, and regulatory standards (HACCP, FDA, etc.)
• Collaborate cross-functionally with Quality, Maintenance, and Supply Chain teams

Qualifications

• 5+ years of leadership experience in food manufacturing or CPG environment
• Strong knowledge of production planning, lean manufacturing, and continuous improvement
• Experience managing teams in a high-volume, fast-paced facility
• Familiarity with food safety standards (HACCP, SQF, GMP)
