Job summary

Canon U.S.A., Inc. in Irving, Texas is seeking a Production Specialist to support and grow sales for high-volume production systems in the assigned territory.

You will engage in needs analysis, demonstrations, samples, site surveys and customer meetings, while developing proposals and forecasting opportunities in Salesforce. The role requires 3–5 years in production print, strong sales and communication skills, and a team-focused mindset.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years industry experience in production print industry.
• Strong sales, technical aptitude, communication and demonstration skills; ability to build relationships with diverse businesses and sales reps.
• Interest in learning new high-volume technology in an evolving industry.
• Must be a team player and able to communicate effectively.

Responsibilities

• Support sales region/team throughout key steps of the sales process including customer needs analysis, demonstrations, samples, site surveys and customer meetings.
• Develop high-value sales proposals, presentations and financial analyses for customers to support new business activities.
• Provide tracking of sales prospects through the sales funnel and accurate forecasting in Salesforce.
• Utilize Workplace Technologies & Services and Canon USA resources to support customer sales.
• Sales results will be measured by quota achievement as the primary metric.
• Understand production color and black & white equipment like imageRUNNER 8705 series and imagePRESS lineup, and support related workflows.
