Job summary

Novatech is seeking a Production Print Specialist to drive new business across the Atlanta market. You will operate a full sales cycle from discovery to close, partnering with Account Executives to identify, develop, and close production print opportunities.

You will engage executives and print operations leaders, analyze applications and workflows, and propose solutions that improve throughput and reduce costs. Travel across the metro area is expected.

Qualifications

• Proven success selling production print or closely related print solutions.
• Ability to manage opportunities from discovery through solution development and close.
• Strong communication, presentation, and relationship-building skills.
• Willingness to travel throughout the Atlanta Metropolitan Area for meetings and events.
• Accountability for revenue, pipeline, and market growth.

Responsibilities

• Create new production print opportunities through prospecting, networking, referrals, and outreach.
• Build and manage a private pipeline while partnering with Account Executives.
• Engage senior stakeholders and decision-makers in target accounts.
• Conduct discovery on applications, workflow, and production requirements.
• Recommend production print solutions aligned with client goals and ROI.
• Lead demonstrations, needs assessments, and proposal reviews.
• Support Account Executives with pricing strategy and opportunity development.
• Maintain accurate pipeline and forecast in Salesforce.
