Job summary

Novatech is seeking a Production Print Specialist to drive growth in the Atlanta area. You will develop independent opportunities, work with Account Executives, and translate production print capabilities into business value for diverse clients.

The role blends prospecting, solution demonstrations, and pipeline management in a hybrid, full-time environment. Travel across the Atlanta metro is required to meet with customers and advance revenue growth.

Qualifications

• Proven success selling production print or related print solutions.
• Strong understanding of production print environments, workflows, and customer requirements.
• Experience creating new business through prospecting and relationship development.
• End-to-end opportunity management from discovery to close.
• Ability to work independently while supporting overlay sales.
• Knowledge of production print systems, software, workflow, automation, and finishing.
• Excellent presentation, communication, and pipeline forecasting skills.
• Ability to translate technical capabilities into business value.

Responsibilities

• Create new production print opportunities through prospecting and networking.
• Build and manage an independent pipeline with Account Executives.
• Engage decision-makers across organizations to drive opportunities.
• Conduct discovery on applications, volume, workflow, and growth plans.
• Identify opportunities to improve throughput and reduce manual processes.
• Lead demonstrations, needs assessments, and proposal reviews.
• Support Account Executives with production print expertise and pricing strategy.
• Develop business cases on productivity and ROI.
• Coordinate resources across technical, vendor, and sales teams.
• Maintain accurate pipeline and forecast in Salesforce.
• Ensure smooth transition from sale to installation.
