Job summary

Continental Services in Troy, MI is seeking a Production Prep Cook to join our Co-Cuisine team. This full-time role entails retrieving, preparing and storing a variety of foods following approved procedures and safety protocols, with a Sunday-Thursday 6am start.

You will assist with washing, cutting, portioning, and plating, monitor temperatures and storage, maintain cleanliness, and provide friendly service to guests while supporting a collaborative kitchen environment.

Qualifications

• Must follow approved procedures and food safety protocols.
• Experience in food preparation and portioning.
• Ability to engage with customers and provide service.

Responsibilities

• Food Preparation: Wash, peel, and cut foods for cooking or serving; portion and wrap.
• Food Storage: Receive/store supplies; monitor temperatures.
• Food Service: Serve food and describe items to customers.
• Teamwork: Maintain a positive team environment and communicate concerns.
• Safety & Sanitation: Clean and sanitize work areas and equipment.
• Other duties: Assist with additional projects as needed.
