Job summary

Continental Services is seeking a Production Prep Cook to join our Co-Cuisine team. Responsibilities include food preparation, storage, service, and maintaining sanitation standards in a fast-paced kitchen.

Sunday - Thursday shift from 6am, full-time employment with competitive hourly pay. Reporting to the kitchen manager and collaborating with the culinary team to deliver quality meals.

Qualifications

• Experience in food preparation and handling preferred.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced kitchen environment.
• Adherence to safety and sanitation guidelines.

Responsibilities

• Food Preparation: wash, peel, cut and portion foods; prepare salads and other dishes.
• Food Storage: receive, store and check temperatures of supplies and equipment.
• Food Service: serve and describe items to customers, ensure proper portions.
• Teamwork: support a positive team environment and communicate with leadership.
• Safety & Sanitation: follow policies, clean and sanitize work areas and equipment.
• Other duties as assigned by manager.
