Job summary

Continental is seeking a Food Production Worker for our Co-Cuisine unit in Troy, MI. You will participate in the preparation, production and packaging of food products, ensuring safety and quality while maintaining a clean, organized work environment.

Shift runs 6am to 2pm, Sunday through Thursday. A high school diploma is required; culinary or food safety certification is a plus, with prior food production experience preferred.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent; culinary/food safety certification is a plus.
• Previous experience in food production preferred in manufacturing environment.

Responsibilities

• Prepare sandwiches and salads following recipes and specs.
• Operate production equipment safely and efficiently.
• Package and label finished products with correct information.
• Maintain food safety by monitoring temps and sanitation.
• Help manage inventory of ingredients and supplies.
• Collaborate with team to meet production goals.
