Job summary

Anova Furnishings is seeking dependable, quality-focused team members to join our Production and Powder Coating teams in Minnesota. You will work in a hands-on manufacturing environment, preparing parts, loading equipment, coating components, assembling products, inspecting finished work, and packaging to support smooth material flow.

We value safety, quality, efficiency and teamwork. The 4-day schedules include overtime on Fridays, with a focus on consistent, high-quality workmanship.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED preferred.
• Basic math, measurement and computer skills.
• Team player with good communication skills.
• Willingness to work flexible hours, including overtime.

Responsibilities

• Operate and monitor machinery and equipment safely and efficiently.
• Perform quality checks to ensure products meet company standards.
• Report any malfunctions, safety issues, or defective products to supervisors.
• Maintain a clean and organized work area.
• Follow all safety guidelines and company procedures.
• Package finished products and prepare them for shipment or storage.
• Record production data and complete necessary paperwork.
• Support continuous improvement initiatives and participate in training.
