Job summary

Precision Manufacturing is hiring to operate our powder-coating line in Brooten, Minnesota. This full-time day-shift role pays $20–$30 per hour based on experience and ability. The position is located at 850 State Hwy 55, and runs Monday–Friday, 6:00 a.m.

to 2:30 p.m. You will operate the powder-coating line, wash and prepare parts, hang, mask, apply powder, inspect quality, and keep the line and inventory running smoothly.

• Stock completed parts and maintain accurate inventory.

This full‑time day‑shift position pays $20–$30 per hour based on experience and ability. The role is located at 850 State Hwy 55, Brooten, and operates Monday–Friday, 6:00a.m.–2:30p.m.

Responsibilities

• Operate the continuous overhead hook line and integrated batch powder‑coating system.
• Wash and prepare parts for coating.
• Hang parts, mask, and plug holes.
• Apply powder and remove finished parts.
• Inspect coating quality to ensure it meets specifications.
• Keep the line running efficiently and troubleshoot minor issues.
• Stock completed parts in the correct locations and maintain accurate inventory during stocking.
• Assist in general shop duties when the coating line is idle, including shipping, palletizing equipment, organizing materials, and other tasks that support production flow.

Qualifications

• Preferred experience with powder‑coating or industrial finishing, though training will be provided.
• Dependable, organized, and able to work independently.
• Willingness to take responsibility for both the quality of the coating and the operation of the line.
