Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Oversee shop staff, equipment, and daily operations to ensure safety and compliance.
• Manage the production schedule and ensure output targets and deadlines are met.
• Train, supervise, and motivate employees while providing performance feedback.
• Monitor product quality and ensure powder coating standards are consistently achieved.
• Troubleshoot equipment and process issues to minimize downtime; coordinate maintenance.
