Job summary

Nyhus Enterprises LLC in Wisconsin is seeking dependable Production Line Workers to join the powder-coating team. You will support manual and automated production lines by preparing, hanging, inspecting, and packaging parts.

Responsibilities

• Read and follow work instructions, travelers, and production prints.
• Hang parts on manual or automated powder-coating lines.
• Count, mask, and prepare parts for production.
• Sand parts and use an air gun to remove debris or excess water.
• Place parts on and remove parts from the wash conveyor.
• Manually wash larger parts as needed.
• Move parts between stations using the production tracking system.
• Inspect finished parts for defects and quality concerns.
• Package completed parts according to work instructions.
• Perform light assembly work.
• Assist in other departments as production needs change.
• Keep work areas clean, organized, and free of safety hazards.
• Complete general housekeeping duties, including sweeping floors and emptying trash.
• Follow all company safety rules and procedures.
