Valley Craft Industries in Lake City, MN, seeks a Powder Coat Painter to prep, coat, and finish metal parts for quality and appearance. You will wash, prep, and powder coat parts using electrostatic equipment to support daily production and custom orders.

Qualifications

• 0–1+ years of experience in manufacturing or industrial painting preferred.
• Basic knowledge of metalworking equipment and processes a plus.
• Ability to follow written and verbal work instructions.
• Strong attention to detail and quality.
• Willingness to learn and develop finishing skills.
• Reliable team player with a strong work ethic.
• Ability to pass a pre-employment drug screen and background check.

Responsibilities

• Prep and coat metal parts using electrostatic powder coating equipment and follow spray patterns.
• Wash and degrease parts; load and unload for painting; ensure paint adhesion.
• Operate, clean, and maintain painting and wash equipment; read and follow work instructions.
• Support production needs and adapt to occasional evenings or weekend shifts as required.
