Job summary

Valley Craft, part of Ballymore Safety Products, is seeking a Powder Coat Painter to prep, coat, and finish metal parts on a production line in Lake City, MN. You will operate electrostatic coating equipment, follow precise spray patterns, and support daily production with wash and prep tasks.

The role suits hands-on individuals who take pride in quality finishes and want to grow skills in a manufacturing setting. Shift is 1st, with overtime and a safe, collaborative work environment.

Qualifications

• 0-1+ years of experience in manufacturing or industrial painting preferred.
• Basic knowledge of metalworking equipment a plus.
• Ability to follow written and verbal work instructions.
• Strong attention to detail and quality.
• Willingness to learn and develop finishing skills.
• Reliable team player with a strong work ethic.
• Ability to pass a pre-employment drug screen and background check.

Responsibilities

• Powder coating & paint booth operations using electrostatic equipment.
• Prep and coat metal parts following spray patterns and instructions.
• Assist with color changes and setup as needed.
• Monitor finished products to ensure quality standards.
