Job summary

Xylem Water Solutions Magyarország Kft. is seeking a Planning Support Specialist to assist the Production Planning team with administrative and coordination tasks essential to daily manufacturing operations.

This entry-level, hourly role focuses on gathering and distributing production paperwork to the shop floor, and helping document standard work to improve consistency and efficiency. The position offers hands-on exposure to supply chain activities and a path to grow planning skills.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or associate degree in supply chain / business / operations / engineering or related field.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet daily deadlines; comfortable in office and manufacturing environments.

Responsibilities

• Print, gather, assemble, and prepare production paperwork for shop floor execution.
• Distribute documents to appropriate manufacturing areas and ensure on-time delivery.
• Document and organize standard work to improve consistency and efficiency.
