Job summary

Xylem is seeking an experienced Supply Chain Planner to oversee end-to-end supply chain activities, integrating purchasing with production scheduling to ensure material availability and on-time delivery. You will manage ERP/MRP processes, issue purchase orders, and align production plans with demand while optimizing inventory levels.

Ideal candidates have a Bachelor's in a related field, 3+ years in purchasing or production planning, and strong Excel/ERP skills.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in supply chain management, Business, Operations, or related field.
3+ years of experience in purchasing, production planning, or inventory control.
Strong proficiency in ERP/MRP systems; advanced Excel skills.

Responsibilities

Procurement & Supplier Management: issue purchase orders and manage supplier commitments; negotiate pricing, lead times, and delivery schedules; monitor supplier performance (OTIF).
Planning & Inventory Management: develop detailed production schedules; monitor adherence and performance; communicate changes and risks; support continuous improvement.
