Qualifications

• Bachelor’s / associate’s degree in supply chain, business, operations, engineering, or related field.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet daily deadlines.
• Willingness to take on a variety of tasks, including work that may not be clearly defined.
• Comfortable working in both office and manufacturing floor environments.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook).

Responsibilities

• Print, gather, assemble, and prepare production paperwork and job packets required for shop floor execution.
• Sort, organize, and distribute production documents to appropriate manufacturing areas.
• Ensure paperwork is accurate, complete, and delivered on time to support daily production activities.
• Maintain organized files for planning and production documentation.
• Serve as a point of contact between Planning team and shop floor for paperwork needs.
• Deliver and retrieve documents from manufacturing areas as required.
• Communicate missing or unclear information to planners for resolution.
• Help document standard work for recurring planning activities.
• Organize planning procedures, task lists, and reference materials.
• Maintain and update planning documentation as processes change.
• Assist with standardizing planning workflows to improve consistency.
• Provide coverage for planners during vacations or absences.
• Assist with data gathering, system updates, reporting, or ad-hoc tasks.
• Support planning-related projects as needed.
• Participate in continuous improvement to reduce non-value-added work.
