Xylem is seeking an entry-level Planning Support Specialist in Cheektowaga, NY to support the Production Planning team. You will gather, organize, and distribute production paperwork to the shop floor and assist in documenting standard work to improve consistency and efficiency.

The role offers hands-on exposure to planning in a manufacturing environment, with opportunities to grow in supply chain, operations, and process improvement through on-the-job training and cross-functional collaboration.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or associate’s degree in supply chain, business, operations, engineering, or related field.
• Strong organizational skills and detail orientation are essential.
• Willingness to perform varied tasks and support planning activities.

Responsibilities

• Print, gather, assemble, and prepare production paperwork and job packets for shop floor execution.
• Sort, organize, and distribute documents to the appropriate manufacturing areas.
