Job summary

Lapeyre Stair is seeking a Production Support Coordinator to be a key contributor to our manufacturing operations in Louisiana. You will manage ERP-driven production data, coordinate orders, and lead scheduling across multiple programs to ensure on-time delivery.

Strong communication and organizational skills are essential for success in a fast-paced environment. Responsibilities include coordinating with procurement and engineering, addressing changes, and driving improvements in Production

Qualifications

• Associate degree or 2 years of manufacturing experience.
• Experience in production scheduling or planning.
• Experience with ERP systems in a manufacturing environment.
• Ability to read technical documents and drawings.
• Strong organizational and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Use ERP to enter orders, maintain production data, and support workflow.
• Ensure orders have routings, documentation, material selection, pricing, delivery.
• Process modifications, cancellations, and expediting with timely updates.
• Lead production planning across programs balancing capacity and deadlines.
• Interpret MRP messages to support procurement and scheduling.
• Coordinate material availability with inventory and procurement.
• Monitor work orders and address shortages and changes.
• Respond to customer requests on feasibility, lead times, status, quotes.
• Communicate across teams to ensure throughput and priority alignment.
• Participate in continuous improvement of Production Control processes.
