Southland Steel Fabricators in Louisiana is seeking a Production Coordinator to streamline workflows, manage schedules, and maintain positive customer interactions in a fast-paced environment. You will work with the production team to optimize processes, track progress, and generate reports to improve performance.

A high school diploma is required and a bachelor’s degree in industrial technology or engineering is highly preferred.

Qualifications

• Highschool Diploma or equivalent
• Bachelor’s degree in industrial technology or engineering highly preferred
• Experience in production, manufacturing, or construction is desirable
• Strong work ethic and willingness to learn in a fast-paced production environment.

Responsibilities

• Workflow Management: Collaborate with the production team to optimize workflow processes, ensuring efficiency and productivity.
• Scheduling and Planning: Create and manage production schedules, considering capacity, resources, and demand.
• Reporting and Documentation: Maintain records of production data and generate regular reports.
