Job summary

Garden State Growers, LLC seeks a Production Planning Clerk to ensure accurate weekly production reports and ERP maintenance. You will create POs for green goods, manage spreadsheets, and verify packing slips against packing slips and invoices.

The role emphasizes accuracy, timing, and strong communication with internal teams. You will work with Plant Partner ERP, review purchase orders, and support accounts payable while maintaining meticulous records and open orders.

Responsibilities

• Generate weekly production reports and verify accuracy in PP ERP.
• Create and manage purchase orders for green goods and materials.
• Maintain spreadsheets and internal paperwork; track open orders.
• Cross-verify reports, dispatch updates, and ensure ERP is current.
• Review PO’s and invoices and support Accounts Payable.
• Coordinate with vendors and internal teams on confirmations.
• Verify packing slips against live goods during receiving.
• Provide timely, accurate data for production planning.
• Support additional duties as assigned.
