Job summary

Sub-Zero, Wolf, and Cove, the leading manufacturer of luxury kitchen appliances, seeks a demand planning professional to manage service parts and sales accessories production schedules. You will coordinate with purchasing, production, engineering, and other teams to align material availability with forecast demand.

The role emphasizes collaboration, scheduling accuracy, and timely communication with distributor partners and internal teams to meet availability targets and inventory goals.

Qualifications

• Associates degree in materials management, business, or operations management or related.
• Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work as a team player with members from different functional departments.
• Understanding of manufacturing operations, production planning, and inventory management.
• Working knowledge of material requirements planning (MRP) system as well as Make-to-stock, forecasting environment

Responsibilities

• Create and maintain production schedules for service parts and sales accessories considering material availability, forecast demand, machine capacity, and labor resources.
• Analyze material requirements for long-term planning and create production orders to support short-term production schedule needs.
• Collaborate with purchasing, production, engineering, and other teams to coordinate production activities and resolve issues.
• New Product Introductions – Serve as member/resource on project teams, populate system with the plans derived as output of the NPD process and project team work to support meeting targeted availability dates.
• Ensure that all data fields are populated to enable proper planning for new item set up, maintain planning parameters, and end of life.
• Communicate SKU shortage to Customer Service and distribution network in the event of a stock out.
• Other tasks as assigned.
