The role emphasizes collaboration with purchasing, engineering, and production to resolve issues and drive on-time delivery, with growth and development opportunities within the organization.

Qualifications

• Associates degree or related field required.
• Strong attention to detail and problem solving.
• Ability to collaborate across departments as a team member.
• Understanding of manufacturing operations and inventory management.
• Working knowledge of MRP systems and forecasting environments.

Responsibilities

• Create and maintain production schedules for service parts and sales accessories.
• Analyze material requirements for long-term planning and issue production orders.
• Coordinate with purchasing, production, engineering and other teams.
• Participate in New Product Introductions to support availability dates.
• Ensure data fields and planning parameters are populated for new items.
• Communicate SKU shortages to Customer Service and distribution.
• Perform other tasks as assigned.
