Job summary

Fameccanica North America in Cincinnati area seeks an experienced Production Planner to develop and maintain production schedules, optimize manufacturing processes, and support smooth execution of projects. You will coordinate with engineering, procurement, logistics, and production to align plans with business goals.

The role requires a Bachelor’s in a related field and strong ERP/MRP skills (SAP/Oracle) plus Excel, with Lean/Six Sigma methods.

Qualifications

Experience in production planning and inventory management.
Proficiency with SAP/Oracle and Excel.
Strong communication across multi-functional teams.

Responsibilities

Build and manage production schedules based on demand, capacity, and inventory.
Provide technical support to resolve process issues and document SOPs.
Monitor inventory levels and ensure materials are available on time.
Assess production capacity, recommend adjustments, and plan labor/floor utilization.
Coordinate work orders and maintain accurate documentation.
Drive process improvements to increase efficiency and reduce waste.
Collaborate with engineering, QA, procurement, logistics, and leadership to align production plans.
