Qualifications

• 7+ years of progressive experience in production planning, scheduling, supply chain, or manufacturing operations.
• Demonstrated leadership or supervisory experience.
• Experience in a manufacturing environment with engineered-to-order, project-based, or complex production schedules.

Responsibilities

• Lead the production planning and scheduling process across manufacturing operations.
• Develop and maintain production schedules based on customer requirements, material availability, labor capacity, engineering release dates, and equipment availability.
• Monitor work orders, production status, backlog, and capacity to identify risks and recovery actions.
• Partner with Purchasing and Supply Chain to address material shortages, supplier delays, and inventory needs.
• Balance workloads with Operations leadership to improve material flow through the plant.
• Maintain planning data in D365 including lead times, routings, and capacity assumptions.
• Lead planning meetings and communicate schedule changes and risks to stakeholders.
• Analyze planning and delivery data to identify improvement opportunities.
• Support continuous improvement focused on lead-time reduction and efficiency.
• Develop planning procedures, dashboards, and performance metrics.
• Lead and develop Production Planning team members.
