You will monitor workload, optimize capacity, and maintain SAP master data to ensure timely production and accurate MRP signals. Collaboration with NPD, production supervisors, and customer service is essential.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in supply chain, business or logistics fields.
• APICS CPIM accreditation preferred.
• Experience using SAP for production planning and inventory control.

Responsibilities

• Convert ERP reports or planned orders into production plans considering material availability and customer needs.
• Maintain production orders to provide accurate MRP signals.
• Use SAP demand signals to understand workload per production line and aid capacity planning.
• Prioritize lines using SAP exception messages to adjust schedules per changing requirements.
• Coordinate with New Product Development on master data setup, workload planning, and beta/stock builds for readiness.
• Communicate production schedule changes to line managers and customer service when needed.
• Maintain SAP master data: lead times, MRP settings, material views and replenishment data.
• Apply root-cause problem solving to drive corrective actions and continuous improvement.
