Job summary

Omni One in Defiance, Ohio is seeking a data-driven Production Planner to optimize schedules, balance demand with capacity, and keep operations running smoothly.

You will use ERP/MRP systems, analytics, and AI-powered tools to manage plans, identify risks, and improve inventory performance for on-time delivery. You’ll partner with manufacturing, procurement, sales, engineering, and supply chain teams to solve problems and drive continuous improvement.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of production planning, scheduling, supply planning, or manufacturing experience.
• Strong knowledge of MRP, capacity planning, inventory management, and production scheduling.
• Experience with ERP/MRP systems such as SAP or similar platforms.
• Advanced Excel, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
• Experience in a manufacturing environment with changing demand and capacity constraints.
• APICS/ASCM, Lean, Six Sigma, or AI/analytics experience is a plus.

Responsibilities
