This full-time, on-site role requires a Bachelor's degree in business (or related field) and 3–5 years in production planning, with advanced Excel and SQL/ERP experience preferred.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in business or a related discipline, preferred; equivalent experience will also be considered.
• 3–5 years in production planning, supply chain, or data analytics.
• Advanced Microsoft Excel proficiency; SQL and ERP implementation experience, preferred.
• Exceptional cross-functional communication and data-driven critical thinking.
• Ability to manage tight deadlines and willing to work extended hours as needed during peak workloads.

Responsibilities

• RFQ Management: Oversee the intake and processing of commercial RFQs.
• Order Review: Validate incoming orders against inventory capacity and manufacturing constraints prior to acceptance.
• Demand Optimization: Map customer demand to optimal raw material SKUs to minimize conversion costs and maximize yield.
• Business Intelligence: Develop reports, KPIs, and data analyses to support Business Unit objectives.
• Inventory Control: Manage finished goods stock levels, evaluate SKU turnover, and optimize inventory health.
• Financial Modeling: Analyze the financial impact of various scheduling options and present recommendations to leadership.
• Strategic Scheduling: Identify customer ordering patterns to improve predictability and scheduling efficiency.
