Job summary

Capewell Aerial Systems LLC in South Windsor, CT is seeking a Production Planner and Expeditor in the Supply Chain department. You will plan, prioritize, and coordinate movement of work, materials, and production documents to support daily and weekly schedules, acting as a central link between Sales, Production, and Purchasing.

The role requires 3+ years in manufacturing, proficiency with ERP/MRP systems and MS Office, and strong organizational and communication skills.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Supply Chain, or related field; experience may substitute.
• At least 3 years in manufacturing, production planning, or supply chain.
• Proficiency with ERP systems, MRP, and Microsoft Office.
• Ability to interpret BOMs, routings, lead times, and work orders.

Responsibilities

• Monitor and maintain production schedules based on demand and material availability.
• Coordinate between Sales, Production, and Purchasing for constraints.
• Expedite materials and resolve shortages to support priorities.
• Update ERP with status changes and communicate to stakeholders.
• Prepare production documents and ensure timely release of work orders.
• Support inventory accuracy and cross-functional collaboration.
