Job summary

Capewell Aerial Systems LLC is seeking a Production Planner and Expeditor to plan, prioritize, and coordinate movement of work, materials, and documentation to support daily/weekly schedules. You will monitor backlog, MRP, supplier deliveries, and production status to meet delivery commitments.

The role requires 3+ years in manufacturing, proficiency with ERP/MRP, and strong organizational and communication skills.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in Business, Supply Chain, Operations Management or related field preferred.
Minimum 3 years in a manufacturing environment, especially planning, scheduling, materials, expediting, or supply chain.
Proficiency with Visual ERP or similar ERP and MS Office.
Knowledge of MRP, scheduling, inventory control, and lead times.

Responsibilities

Collaborate with Production to maintain schedules and priorities based on demand, capacity, material availability, status, and supplier data.
Act as a link between Sales, Production, and Purchasing by monitoring material availability and constraints affecting the schedule.
Expedite materials with Purchasing and suppliers to support production priorities and confirm material availability.
