We are rapidly growing our global business and are seeking for a Production Planner to strengthen our Manufacturing Department.

Your role

In this newly created position, your primary responsibility will be to ensure the right goods are available at the right time, enabling manufacturing to proceed with minimal disruptions. The job demands persistence and a keen eye for details to ensure both external and internal stakeholders deliver according to plans.

Planning and coordinating daily manufacturing tasks for your colleagues

Coordinating with Production Design, Procurement and Logistics on the availability of documentation and design

You monitor production capacity and material availability to ensure optimal production planning

You are responsible for preparing, organizing, and implementing production planning

Applying lean principles in daily operations

Your profile

We are seeking a systematic team player who can balance structure with a degree of flexibility. The ideal candidate is resilient and possesses strong planning skills, with a very proactive approach to ensuring all tasks are completed thoroughly.

You have solid work experience from the manufacturing industry, especially in production planning. You are familiar with using an ERP system.

You work independently, systematically and structured. You address people openly and communicate at eye level. You are highly detail-oriented and comfortable actively following up on information to keep things running smoothly.

Strong communication skills are essential, as you will need to be fluent in both English and Danish, with German proficiency as a plus, as we are in a global environment. A pragmatic and analytical mindset is crucial for effective problem-solving.

It is an advantage if you have pre-existing basic knowledge on electrical equipment such as servers, connectors and cables.

Preferred Qualifications

We anticipate you have a business process understanding within manufacturing and planning. You have the ability to challenge existing processes and create solutions based on complex business and system structure.

In addition, we require interest in continuous learning and improvement and you are familiar with ERP, LEAN, 5S, and the Office suite.
