Job summary

Sealed Air in Hudson, NC is seeking a Group Performance Lead to drive the on-time production schedule, lead teams, and meet safety, quality and performance targets. This role directs daily performance, mentors Team Performance Leads, and collaborates with maintenance on plans.

Requirements include a Bachelor's degree, 3-5 years of manufacturing leadership, Lean/Six Sigma Green Belt+, and experience with SAP and Power BI.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required; Engineering, Technical, Business, or Operations preferred.
• 3-5 years of relevant manufacturing/operational leadership experience.
• Lean/Six Sigma Green Belt+ preferred
• This role operates in a Process Safety Management (PSM) regulated environment; comfortable working in compliance-driven settings with safety standards.
• Leadership experience includes managing direct reports, coaching and training, performance evaluations.

Responsibilities

• Drives daily performance of the production teams on various shifts.
• Manages the Team Performance Leads and production team members with focus on safety, quality, efficiency and customer satisfaction.
• Implements strategies to increase output, reduce costs, and optimize site resources.
• Coordinates EHS and supports monthly safety reviews including PSM processes.
• Communicates the site's strategic goals and vision.
