Job summary

Sealed Air is seeking a Production Supervisor (Group Performance Leader) to drive on-time execution of the production schedule and lead teams toward safety, quality and efficiency targets. You will coordinate with support groups to meet performance goals and deliver results across multiple shifts.

The role requires a Bachelor’s degree and 3–5 years of manufacturing leadership, with strong mechanical aptitude and experience in Lean/Six Sigma and PSM environments.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in engineering, technical, business, or operations.
• 3–5 years of manufacturing or operational leadership experience.
• Strong mechanical aptitude and hands-on understanding of equipment.
• Experience with Lean or Six Sigma Green Belt or higher.
• Comfort working in a process safety management (PSM) environment with strict safety standards.
• Proven leadership, coaching, and performance evaluation skills.
• Excellent written and verbal communication and presentation abilities.
• Proficient with MS Office and analytical tools; SAP and Power BI experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Drives daily performance of the production teams on various shifts.
• Manages the Team Performance Leads (TPLs) and production team members emphasizing safety, quality, efficiency and customer satisfaction.
• Manages daily performance and performance KPIs and implements strategies to increase output, reduce costs, and optimize site resources.
• Works with Maintenance to coordinate planned maintenance activities.
• Directs all activities related to operations and production in accordance with Global Supply Chain's business plan and the strategic goals of the Company and business units.
• Coordinates EHS and supports monthly safety reviews that include Process Safety Management (PSM) covered processes.
• Supports problem solving activities related to safety, quality and performance on the production floor and administers disciplinary action.
• Communicates the Company's and Global Supply Chain's strategic goals and vision for site.
