Job summary

Sealed Air is seeking a Production Supervisor (Group Performance Leader) to drive on-time execution of the production schedule and lead teams toward performance targets. The role includes leading meetings with support groups on safety, quality, and development.

The position requires a Bachelor's degree and 3–5 years in manufacturing leadership, with Lean/Six Sigma Green Belt+ familiarity and strong communication skills.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Technical, Business or Operations.
• 3-5 years of manufacturing/operational leadership experience.
• Strong mechanical aptitude and understanding of equipment and systems.
• Experience with Continuous Improvement; Lean/Six Sigma Green Belt+.
• Comfort with safety/compliance standards and leading safety reviews (PSM).
• Leadership with direct reports, coaching, and performance evaluations.
• Excellent written and verbal communication with professional presentation.
• MS Office proficiency; SAP and Power BI experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Drives daily performance of production teams on various shifts.
• Manages Team Performance Leads and production staff focusing on safety, quality, efficiency, and satisfaction.
• Monitors daily performance and KPIs; implements strategies to increase output and reduce costs.
• Coordinates with Maintenance for planned maintenance activities.
• Directs operations and production per the Global Supply Chain plan and goals.
• Coordinates EHS and supports monthly safety reviews including PSM processes.
• Supports problem solving on safety, quality and performance on the floor.
• Communicates the site's goals and vision for the company and group.
