Job summary

Sealed Air is seeking a Production Supervisor (Group Performance Leader) in the United States. You will drive on-time production execution, lead teams across shifts, and coordinate with maintenance and safety processes to meet performance targets.

The role requires coordinating with support groups on safety standards, quality, and team development, while guiding daily performance and KPI attainment across the site.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in engineering, technical, business or operations.
• 3–5 years of manufacturing/operational leadership experience.
• Strong mechanical aptitude with hands-on equipment understanding.
• Experience with continuous improvement; Lean/Six Sigma Green Belt+ preferred.
• PSM regulated environment experience or comfort working in safety-driven settings.

Responsibilities

• Drives daily production performance and schedules.
• Leads Team Performance Leads and production teams focusing on safety, quality, efficiency and customer satisfaction.
• Monitors KPIs, improves output, reduces costs, and optimizes site resources.
• Coordinates with Maintenance for planned maintenance activities.
• Directs operations and production per Global Supply Chain plan and company goals.
• Supports safety reviews and Process Safety Management (PSM) processes.
• Addresses safety, quality and performance issues and administers coaching as needed.
• Communicates site goals and vision to team members.
