Job summary

Chatel Group, an Atlanta-based real estate team supported by PLACE, invites driven individuals to join as Production Partners. You'll gain coaching, access to models and tools, daily development sessions and a clear growth path, with opportunities for revenue share and long-term investment.

As a partner, you will graduate from PLACE New Agent Launch, guide clients to homes with a sales agent, write offers, generate leads, and participate in weekly trainings and 1:1 coaching.

Qualifications

• Must be people oriented with strong relationship skills.
• Willingness to grow in real estate and leadership.
• Strong communication and drive to succeed.

Responsibilities

• Graduate from PLACE New Agent Launch.
• Work with sales agent to guide their clients to homes.
• Provide detailed, written feedback to confirm or refine clients’ search criteria.
• Write and negotiate offers on behalf of the sales agent and clients.
• Lead generate a minimum of 10 hours a week.
• Participate in weekly script practice per team standards.
• Participate in team activities per team standards.
• Commit to weekly 1:1 coaching session, weekly trainings and Partner Call.
• Track tasks and activities in PLACE Technology.
