Job summary

Paycom - ATS is seeking an Expeditor to manage work orders and production flow. You will release, modify, and cancel orders, obtain drawings and BOMs, and prepare labels for floor execution.

The role requires strong data entry, record-keeping, and MS Office skills to update and track production and packing information accurately. Attention to detail and safety awareness are essential for success.

Qualifications

• Read and understand complex reports.
• Input, update and extract information from computer systems.
• Follow instructions and maintain accurate records.
• Work safely and adhere to production policies.

Responsibilities

• Release, modify, and/or cancel work orders to the production floor.
• Obtain drawings and BOMs for new items and issue work orders.
• Prepare labels and package paperwork for production.
• Follow up on past-due items and close out work orders.
• Update weight and packaging data in the database as needed.
• Assign stock numbers and create work orders for materials as required.
