Job summary

Client Server Technology Solutions LLC is seeking a Production Operations Engineer in Las Vegas to own the reliability of mission-critical platforms. You will leverage GitLab CI/CD, Kubernetes, and PostgreSQL to automate deployments, troubleshoot incidents, and drive performance.

You will participate in a 24x7 on-call rotation, monitor health metrics with Dynatrace, design scalable CI/CD pipelines, and implement RCA-driven improvements.

Qualifications

5+ years in Production Support, DevOps, SRE, or Platform Engineering.
Strong Linux administration and shell scripting.
Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP).
Terraform or IaC experience.

Responsibilities

Provide operational support for production environments.
Participate in 24x7 on-call rotation and respond to incidents.
Monitor system health and application performance.
Perform RCA and preventive measures.
Design and optimize GitLab CI/CD pipelines.
Automate deployments, testing, and releases.
Deploy and manage containerized apps on Kubernetes.
Ensure scaling, availability, and performance of Kubernetes workloads.
Plan and execute database deployment activities.
Support and maintain PostgreSQL databases.
Configure Dynatrace dashboards and monitoring.
Develop automation scripts and tooling.
Create and maintain runbooks and SOPs.
