Job summary

Ōnin Staffing is hiring Machine Operators for a manufacturing facility with a rotating 2-2-3 schedule and 12-hour shifts from 7:00 AM–7:00 PM or 7:00 PM–7:00 AM. Employees stay on the same shift, but workdays rotate with the production schedule.

Weekend work and overtime may be required, with competitive pay and comprehensive benefits. Ideal candidates will operate, monitor, and troubleshoot equipment, follow safety procedures and quality standards, and read work instructions and production

Qualifications

• Experience operating machines or in manufacturing preferred.
• Experience in a production, warehouse, or industrial environment is a plus.
• Ability to operate, monitor, and troubleshoot manufacturing equipment.
• Ability to read work instructions, production schedules, and basic documentation.

Job description

We are currently hiring Machine Operators for a manufacturing facility operating on a rotating 2-2-3 schedule. This position works 12-hour shifts from 7:00 AM – 7:00 PM or 7:00 PM – 7:00 AM, depending on assigned shift. Employees will remain on the same shift throughout their employment; however, workdays will rotate based on the production schedule. The schedule includes working 2 consecutive days, followed by 2 days off, then working 3 consecutive days. The following week may include 3 consecutive days off. Flexibility to work weekends and scheduled overtime is required.

Skills and Experience

Previous machine operating or manufacturing experience preferred Experience working in a production, warehouse, or industrial environment is a plus Ability to operate, monitor, and troubleshoot manufacturing equipment Experience following safety procedures and quality standards Familiarity with production lines, assembly processes, or packaging equipment preferred Ability to read work instructions, production schedules, and basic documentation Forklift or pallet jack experience is a plus, but not required Entry-level candidates with stable work history and willingness to learn are encouraged to apply
