Qualifications

  • Ability to accurately read and use a ruler or tape measure.
  • Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality.
  • Ability to complete production and operational reports accurately and on time.
  • Dependable attendance and ability to work effectively in a team environment.

Responsibilities

  • Set up, operate, and monitor production equipment according to work orders and production requirements.
  • Review and interpret work orders, print cards, and product specifications to ensure accurate production.
  • Maintain production schedules and maximize machine efficiency and output.
  • Perform quality checks throughout the production process and ensure all quality standards are met.
  • Follow established SOPs and work instructions.
  • Ensure finished products are properly stacked, unitized, and palletized for shipment.
  • Maintain a safe work environment by following all safety policies and procedures.
  • Keep work areas clean and organized in accordance with housekeeping standards.
  • Perform routine machine inspections and basic preventative maintenance activities.
  • Communicate production, quality, safety, and equipment concerns promptly to supervisors.
  • Monitor production supply levels and notify management of replenishment needs.
  • Accurately complete required production, quality, safety, and equipment documentation.
  • Support training efforts and assist team members as needed.
  • Perform other duties as assigned.

  • Follow established Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) and work instructions.
  • Ensure finished products are properly stacked, unitized, and palletized for shipment.
  • Maintain a safe work environment by following all safety policies and procedures.
  • Keep work areas clean and organized in accordance with housekeeping standards.
  • Perform routine machine inspections and basic preventative maintenance activities.

Physical Requirements
  • Ability to stand and walk for extended periods throughout the shift.
  • Frequent use of hands and arms to operate equipment and handle materials.
  • Ability to regularly lift up to 10 pounds and occasionally lift up to 25 pounds.
  • Ability to communicate effectively and maintain awareness of surroundings in a manufacturing environment.
