Job summary

ResourceMFG is hiring Experienced Machine Operators in Lawrenceville, GA. Day shift runs 6:00 AM–6:00 PM and night shift 6:00 PM–6:00 AM on a 2-2-3 rotating schedule; weekend availability required. Pay rate is $18.00 – $19.50 per hour based on experience.

You will operate high-speed production equipment, troubleshoot, and ensure GMP compliance while maintaining productivity and accurate logs. Ideal candidates have prior manufacturing experience, strong mechanical aptitude, and the ability to

Responsibilities

• Operate and monitor high-speed production equipment to meet daily targets.
• Set up, adjust and troubleshoot machinery.
• Follow GMP standards, safety guidelines and procedures.
• Load raw materials and remove finished products while maintaining workflow.
• Perform product changeovers, machine cleanings and line prep.
• Weigh, measure, inspect and blend materials per formulas/specifications.
• Monitor equipment performance and product quality; report issues promptly.
• Maintain accurate documentation and production logs.

Pay Rate:

• $18.00 – $19.50 per hour based on experience

What You’ll Be Doing

• Operate and monitor high-speed production and processing equipment to meet daily production targets.
• Set up, adjust, and troubleshoot machinery.
• Follow GMP standards, company policies, safety guidelines, and operating procedures.
• Load raw materials and remove finished products while maintaining workflow and productivity.
• Perform product changeovers, machine cleanings, and production line preparations.
• Weigh, measure, inspect, and blend materials according to established formulas and specifications.
• Monitor equipment performance and product quality, reporting any issues or abnormalities promptly.
• Maintain accurate documentation.
• Complete routine preventive maintenance and basic machine upkeep.
• Accurately complete production logs, checklists, and required paperwork.
