Job summary

Prismhr Hire is seeking dependable Machine Operators to join a growing manufacturing team in New York. Training will be provided, and prior machine operating experience is not required. The role offers daytime shifts with a pay of $20.00 per hour.

Responsibilities include safely operating equipment, following safety and quality procedures, and maintaining production records. You will work with teammates to meet production goals and may work overtime as needed.

Qualifications

• Experience in manufacturing, warehouse, or machine operation is helpful but not required.
• Willingness to learn how to operate production equipment.
• Able to follow written and verbal instructions.

• Load raw materials or parts into machines

• Make basic machine adjustments as needed
• Inspect finished products for quality
• Identify obvious defects or production issues
• Label finished products
• Maintain basic production and quality records
• Keep machines and work areas clean and organized
• Return tools and equipment to designated locations
• Communicate machine, safety, or quality concerns to a supervisor
• Work closely with other team members to meet production goals
• Follow production schedules and adapt to changes when necessary
• Perform other production-related duties as assigned
• Work overtime when required

Available Shifts:

• 1st Shift: 6:00 AM - 2:00 PM
• 2nd Shift: 2:15 PM - 10:15 PM

• Perform other production-related duties as assigned
