Job summary

Pratt Industries is seeking a production operator for our Stockton, CA facility. You will safely operate production machines, assist with setup and cleanup, and participate in plant improvements to meet customer demand.

We value strong adherence to GMPs, attention to detail, and the ability to work across shifts and multiple areas of the plant. Training and cross-training opportunities are provided to support professional growth.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED.
• Preferred: packaging industry experience (paper, plastics, converting).
• 6 months’ experience in manufacturing.

Responsibilities

• Operate production machines safely, including setup, operation, and cleanup.
• Follow GMPs (Good Manufacturing Practices).
• Maintain quality by catching defects before shipment to Customer.
• Assist with equipment changes, downtime, and production scheduling as needed.
• Keep work areas clean, free of hazards, and properly organized.
• Cross-train on different machines and assist with plant improvements.
