Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Prior packaging industry experience preferred.
• Ability to read measurements and follow procedures.

Responsibilities

• Operate production machines safely, including setup, operation, cleanup.
• Follow GMPs and quality procedures; prevent bad quality leaving facility.
• Maximize equipment utilization; improve setup times and reduce downtime.
• Maintain clean, safe work areas and report maintenance needs.
• Train and support other operators; cross-train on other machines.
• Complete production, safety, and quality reports accurately.
