Job summary

Qualifications

• 6 months’ experience in manufacturing.
• Experience in packaging industry preferred.
• Lift Truck Operator Certification may be required.
• Able to read and follow instructions.
• Able to read tape measure and basic math.

Responsibilities

• Work safely and follow Pratt Industries safety rules.
• Operate production machines including setup and cleanup.
• Help improve operations to meet customer demand.
• Maintain cleanliness and organize work areas.
• Record production data and quality information.
• Cross-train on other machines as needed.
• Adhere to shift schedules and overtime when required.
