Job summary

Publix Super Markets, Inc. is seeking a production operator to operate and troubleshoot production equipment while leading a team to meet daily schedules. The role requires adherence to GMPs, safety practices, and quality standards within a fast-paced environment.

You will coordinate breaks, assist cross-training, and complete necessary paperwork, contributing to overall efficiency and product quality. Ideal candidates are 18+, have basic mechanical skills, and can lift up to 50 lbs occasionally
