Job summary

The Arkema Group in Louisville, KY is seeking a Production Operator for the 11 PM – 7 AM shift. Earn up to $21.50 per hour, plus shift differential and a $2,500 sign-on bonus. No manufacturing experience?

We'll train you. Benefits start Day 1 and a stable path for advancement. You will operate equipment such as mixers, blenders, packaging lines, forklifts, and hand tools, follow batch sheets, participate in safety programs, and help meet plant objectives.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or Equivalency required.
• Some technical training or college preferred.
• Industrial process maintenance experience highly valued.
• Experience preferred but not required.
• Good written, verbal, and communication skills.
• Basic computer skills.

Responsibilities

• Operate equipment including Mixers, Blenders, Packaging lines, Forklifts, Palletizers and Basic Hand Tools.
• Follow process batch sheets to produce quality products.
• Participate in safety programs to achieve safe behavior and zero incidents.
• Work with the team to meet plant/shift objectives.
• Follow all plant policies and procedures.
