Job summary

Bostik in Middleton, MA is seeking a Production Operator on 2nd shift (Mon-Fri, 3:15 PM–11:30 PM) with overtime as needed, offering $27.00-$30.00 per hour plus a $2,500 sign-on bonus and benefits from Day 1.

You will work in a team-focused environment, follow SOPs, maintain safety and quality, and participate in in-plant lab testing and 5S organization with training provided.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required or preferred.
• Willingness to learn and participate in operator-driven in-plant testing and 5S workplace organization (training provided).
• Ability to work effectively in a team-based environment.
• Basic problem-solving skills and ability to follow standard procedures.

Responsibilities

• Practice safe work habits and follow OSHA/EHS guidelines.
• Follow written instructions and standard operating procedures to manufacture quality products.
• Maintain batch records and retain sample collection.
• Handle, store, and transfer hazardous materials and operate equipment in your department.
• Assist in other manufacturing areas when needed.

Key Responsibilities

As a Production Operator, you will...

• Practice Safe work habits in accordance with OSHA, EPA guidelines, and Bostik specific EHS expectations
• Follows written instructions and standard operating procedures to manufacture quality products.
• Responsible for accurate batch sheet administration and retain sample collection.
• Follow proper procedures for the handling, storage and transfer of hazardous material.Operates all equipment within your respective department.
• Assist as needed and when available in other areas in Manufacturing.
