Job summary

Bostik in Conyers, GA is seeking a Production Operator for the 2nd shift (1:00pm–9:30pm, Monday–Friday) with overtime as needed.

You will produce products, record material usage, operate mixers and packaging lines, and work with the team. We offer competitive hourly wages plus shift differential, a $1,500 sign-on bonus, and health benefits from Day 1.

Training and safety come first; you’ll be supported to grow within our global network.

Qualifications

High school diploma or GED required.
1-3 years manufacturing experience preferred.
Ability to read English and perform basic math.
Experience operating production equipment.
Basic computer skills.

Responsibilities

Produce products according to batch formulations using mixing, blending, and packaging equipment.
Accurately record material usage manually and in computer systems.
Operate and monitor mixers, blenders, and packaging lines.
Collaborate with team members and support cross-functional tasks.
Use computer systems for tracking production and performance.
