Job summary

Bostik in Louisville, KY is seeking Production Operators for the 3rd shift (11 PM – 7 AM). Earn up to $21.50 per hour plus a shift differential and a $2,500 sign-on bonus.

No manufacturing experience required—we provide training, day-one benefits, and a supportive team focused on safety. You will operate mixers, blenders, packaging lines, and forklifts, follow batch sheets, and participate in safety programs.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or Equivalency required.
• Some technical training or college preferred.
• Industrial process maintenance experience valued.
• Experience welcome but not required.
• Good written, verbal, and communication skills.
• Basic computer skills.

Responsibilities

• Operate equipment including Mixers, Blenders, Packaging lines, Forklifts, Palletizers and Basic Hand Tools.
• Follow process batch sheets to produce quality products.
• Participate in Bostik's Safety programs to achieve objective of safe behavior and Zero Incidents.
• Work with the Team to meet plant/shift objectives.
• Follow all plant policies and procedures.
