Job summary

LGI foundation is seeking a production worker to operate packaging and processing equipment on a 12-hour shift, including weekends and holidays. You will monitor gauges, load bags, palletize finished products, and ensure clean, safe work areas in a GMP-compliant facility.

This role requires basic math, ability to read gauges and logs, and English proficiency; forklift/pallet jack experience is a plus. Overtime may be required to meet production goals.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Experience in agriculture, production, or manufacturing preferred.
• Ability to read gauges and record data according to procedures.
• Must be able to read, write, and speak English.

Responsibilities

• Operate production equipment under supervision.
• Monitor product volume, temperatures, times, and pressures.
• Maintain a safe, clean work area and proper paperwork.
• Prepare bags for filling using the label system.
• Lift and move 60 lb bags; palletize finished products.
• Follow GMPs and sanitation requirements.
